Wild Atlantic Salmon 

Wild Atlantic salmon is caught during a few weeks during the month of July and August. The catching methods used are traditional and labour intensive yet gentle to the salmon to preserve its excellent quality. The landings are small and we freeze the fish as soon as it is gutted. The product is then boxed according to size and usually exported to markets in Europe. Wild salmon is appreciated among connaisseurs for its fine texture natural colour and rich taste.
